Field Trip JK Class

Technology has educational and other benefits for young children, but how much technology is healthy? How much time should young children spend in front of the screen watching and playing their electronic gadgets? The simple answer: not much! In fact, none for children under two years of age. Experts suggest that babies and toddlers are restricted from any screens.

We know that a child’s brain develops rapidly during these first few years of life, and young children learn best by interacting with people, not screens. Playing freely with other children is important for children to relax and have fun. It also helps kids become socially aware and helps them gain confidence to interact with others.

Pictures are worth a thousand words. Today our JK students had a blast playing with their friends after completing 1 term of studying.
